How do I access my teacher account?
You can log in using the email and password provided by the admin or school. Go to the login page and select Teacher Login.
Can I reset my password if I forget it?
Yes. Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email instructions to reset your password securely.
How do I view my students’ progress?
Go to the Reports or Progress tab under your dashboard. You can view detailed stats by student, subject, or grade.
How do I assign lessons or quizzes to students?
Lessons are usually pre-linked to courses by grade. However, you can manually assign or schedule specific lessons using the Course Management area.
Can I add new students to my class?
Depending on your permissions, you can either add students manually or request the admin to enroll them in your course.
How do I mark assignments or quizzes?
In your dashboard, go to Assignments → select a submission → review and assign marks with comments if needed.
Can I upload my own resources or lesson materials?
Yes, teachers can upload PDFs, videos, or links in their course area. All uploads are subject to admin approval for quality control.
How do I communicate with my students?
You can message students through the built-in Messaging or Discussion features in each course.
Can I see which lessons students have completed?
Yes, completion progress is visible on each student’s profile and in the course progress overview.
How do I reset a quiz attempt for a student?
Under Quiz Reports, select the quiz and student, then click Reset Attempt to allow a re-try.
Student FAQs
How do I sign in to my student account?
Visit the login page, enter your username and password, and click Student Login to access your dashboard.
I forgot my password—how can I reset it?
Click Forgot Password and follow the email instructions to create a new password.
How do I start a course or lesson?
Once logged in, select your Grade and Subject, then click Start Course or Continue to begin.
Can I pause and resume lessons later?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can continue from where you left off.
How do I see my marks or feedback?
Go to your Profile → Progress section to view your quiz results, marks, and any teacher feedback.
Why can’t I access the next lesson?
You may need to complete the previous lesson or quiz first. Check for a Mark Complete button or unfinished task.
Can I retake a quiz if I fail?
Some quizzes allow retries. If not, you can ask your teacher to reset your attempt.
How do I upload assignments?
Go to the assignment section in your lesson and click Upload File. Make sure your file follows the allowed formats (PDF, DOCX, etc.).
Can I message my teacher if I need help?
Yes, you can use the built-in Message or Discussion tool to contact your teacher directly.
Do I need to be online all the time?
Yes, an active internet connection is required to view lessons, quizzes, and updates in real time.
